We're Sebastian and Tiina, neuroscientists who experienced phone addiction firsthand. Like many of you, we found ourselves trapped in endless doom scrolling, even knowing the neuroscience behind why it was happening.

One evening in our basement office, we had an honest conversation: How can phone addiction be broken, from a neuroscientific perspective? We knew going "cold turkey" doesn't work—addiction requires rewiring neural pathways through community, mindfulness, and positive reinforcement.

That conversation sparked ConNEXTion. We combined our backgrounds (PhD and Master's in neuroscience) with evidence-based principles to create something different—not another screen time tracker, but a tool to help humanity transform phones from masters back into tools.
